EAAST creates an unparalleled professional environment for participating teams, blending high-performance training with local charm. 

 

Teams have the option to conduct high performance training camps during tournaments, taking advantage of the rugby pitches, essential equipment, and fully-equipped gym facilities. Recovery is prioritized with access to recovery pools, ice baths, and saunas, ensuring athletes are at their peak performance come tournament weekend. 

Each match is recorded, providing valuable footage for analysis. Beyond the game, teams will immerse themselves in the cultural vibrancy of the host communities, making EAAST not just a competition, but a comprehensive, enriching experience.
